We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team in the construction industry. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, applying your expertise in electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of conduit, construction devices, and leading teams, with a commitment to safety and quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals and contribute to large-scale projects that make a real difference in our communities.

Responsibilities:
As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
2. Leading and managing a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Consulting with clients, project managers, and other construction professionals to review electrical system designs and ensure they meet project requirements.
4. Conducting inspections and tests of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
5. Training and mentoring apprentice electricians, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting professional development within the team.
6. Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards, implementing and monitoring safety protocols.
7. Providing expert advice and recommendations on complex electrical issues, leveraging your technical knowledge and experience to contribute to project success.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Licensed Journeyman Electrician within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience installing conduit and construction devices.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading a team of electricians.
4. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and local and national electrical codes.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively consult with clients and team members.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a variety of environments and conditions.
9. A valid electrician's license and a clean driving record.
