    Position Summary
    WE ARE GROWING! Our company is looking for experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our Lincoln team — multiple openings available.     What You'll Be Doing

    • Direct electrical construction work on assigned commercial projects from start to finish
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical circuits, systems, and equipment
    • Resolve escalated field issues professionally while keeping customer satisfaction front and center
    • Collaborate with Field Support teams to keep projects moving on schedule
    • Apply and enforce national and local electrical codes, staying current on industry changes
    • Champion a safety-first culture and lead by example on every job site
    • Mentor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and hands-on development

    What You Bring

    • Nebraska State Journeyman Electrician License required (reciprocal licenses from neighboring states accepted, provided you're legally able to work as a journeyman in Nebraska)
    • 1-5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in electrical construction
    • Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred
    • Foreman / job-running experience a big plus (translates to higher pay and bonus potential)
    • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards
    • Skilled in trade-related materials, equipment, installation methods, blueprint/drawing interpretation, and trade calculations
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence
    • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
