Journeyman Electrician
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial and commercial electrical systems. This position will oversee all electrical infrastructure work, including conduit routing and installation, wire pulling, conduit bending, equipment terminations, and electrical distribution systems. The Journeyman Electrician will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and oversee conduit and pipe routing for electrical installations.
· Install, bend, and secure EMT, rigid, PVC, and other conduit systems.
· Pull, label, and terminate electrical wiring and cabling.
· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switchgear, transformers, motor controls, and electrical distribution equipment.
· Work with electrical systems ranging from 480V three-phase down to 120V branch circuits.
· Install and service lighting systems, switches, receptacles, breakers, panels, and disconnects.
· Diagnose and repair electrical faults, equipment failures, and power distribution issues.
· Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
· Perform equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and verification of proper operation.
· Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
· Coordinate with contractors, maintenance personnel, and project teams to complete installations and upgrades.
· Apprentice helper to assist should be considered to the hiring pool.
· We will provide some tools such as pipe benders, pipe cutters, pipe stands, etc. Other tools must be provided by employee.

OSHA 10
Must be licensed, staffing agency to verify and provide proof of license
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work at heights, on ladders/lifts, in confined spaces if applicable
