American Sign & Lighting is looking for experienced electricians who want steady work, strong weekly pay, and long-term growth opportunities.
This is a field-based role for electricians who are comfortable working independently, troubleshooting electrical systems, and handling service calls across multiple job sites.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and lighting systems
- Install and maintain electrical equipment
- Handle service calls across different job sites
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
COMPENSATION:
- $1,100 weekly base pay
- 15% bonus on work orders
- Typical weekly earnings: $1,400–$2,200+ depending on performance
- Additional earning opportunities available
SCHEDULE:
- Monday–Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Report to Milford shop at 6:45 AM
- Field work throughout the day
- Opportunity for overtime and weekend work
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- Outdoor work environment
- Bucket truck work provided
- Technicians provide their own hand tools
- Emergency service rotation available
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Electrician (Journeyman preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Must be located within reasonable distance of Milford, DE
