Journeyman Carpenter

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $25–$30/hour, , depending on experience and skill set.

Industry: Commercial Interior Renovations & Build-Outs

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join a growing commercial construction team in the Pittsburgh area. This position will work primarily on commercial interior renovation and build-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial carpentry and interior construction work
• Metal stud framing
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Install doors, frames, and hardware
• Install ceiling systems
• Perform trim and finish carpentry
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite
• Work effectively with project supervision and other trades

Preferred Skills:

Experience in most, but not necessarily all, of the following:

• Metal framing
• Drywall
• Drywall finishing
• Doors, frames, and hardware
• Ceilings
• Trim work
• Commercial interior renovations
• Tenant build-outs
