  • Support operational planning, exercises, and real-world operations by integrating tactical data link capabilities into Joint Domain Network (JDN) architectures.

  • Monitor network performance, identify interoperability issues, and recommend corrective actions to maintain reliable and resilient C2 communications.

  • Advise senior leaders on tactical data link architecture, emerging capabilities, cryptographic modernization, and best practices to enhance multi-domain operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

  • 8+ years of experience serving as a mid-level or senior staff officer supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Service Component Headquarters, or equivalent operational headquarters with Tactical Data Links (TDLs) and theater-level command and control architectures.
