    Mountainside Medical Center, a proud member of Hackensack Meridian Health and Ardent Health Services, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Thoracic Surgeon to join our dynamic and collaborative surgical team. Position HighlightsWork within a comprehensive, multi-specialty team, including pulmonology, oncology, and critical careIntegrated on-site lab, imaging services, and full hospital accessBalanced inpatient and outpatient practiceMonday-Friday clinic schedule with rotating weekend coverage (1 weekend/month)Perform a wide spectrum of thoracic procedures, including Lobectomy, pneumonectomy, wedge resection, Esophagectomy, achalasia surgery, Surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome and lung infectionsUtilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical platformsProvide pre-operative and post-operative care to optimize outcomesEngage in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and educational effortsSmart Technology: See more patients without extending your day.
