    Job Details:

    Envision is seeking a motivated full?time Hospitalist to join the award?winning Baptist Health Paducah team, a regional leader in advanced, comprehensive care across Western Kentucky. J?1 visa candidates welcome!

     

    *Baptist Health Paduch will launch an Internal Medicine Residency Program in 2028, creating future opportunities for qualified candidates interested in Program Director and teaching faculty positions.

     

    Qualifications:

    • BC/BE in Internal Medicine

    • Residents will be considered

    Position Profile:

    • Average daily census per provider: 18

    • 5-day hospitalists 

    • 1 nocturnist

    • 2 APPs daily - 11-hour shifts (including day and swing shifts)

    • No procedures

    • Block schedule

    • ICU covered by Intensivist/APP; Intensivists run code

    • EPIC EMR
