Southern Women’s Health is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join our established, physician-led practice serving the Jackson and Flowood communities. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional women’s healthcare in a supportive, patient-centered environment where physicians have a strong voice and meaningful opportunity for growth.

Balanced Call Structure
Enjoy a highly favorable shared call model with three local practice groups:
- Approximately 21 weekday calls annually
- Approximately 5 weekend calls annually
- Post-call day off after weekend coverage
Strong Surgical & Hospital Support
- Dedicated blocked OR time
- Half-day surgical block weekly
- Affiliation with Merit Health River Oaks (Level III NICU support)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + productivity incentives
- Year 1 earning potential: $300K–$400K+

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
- Interest in both obstetrics and gynecologic surgery
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
