    Job Title: Software Engineer – Full Stack(C#/.NET)-(26-22863_23099)
    Location: Fort Worth, TX/ Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
    Type: 6+ Months contract with possible extensions

    Position Overview
    We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in software development, API development, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting large-scale production applications, with a strong emphasis on backend development using C#/.NET.
    The Software Engineer will work closely with product, business, engineering, and third-party/vendor teams to build reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support large-scale software applications in production environments.
    • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
    • Design and implement integrations between internal applications and third-party/vendor systems.
    • Participate in data mapping and transformation activities to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange.
    • Deliver system interfaces across multiple teams and resolve complex integration issues.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
    • Build reusable components, libraries, and services that improve engineering efficiency.
    • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, resiliency, and reliability.
    • Identify and address technical debt and opportunities for system improvements.
    • Develop automated tests and maintain high standards for code quality.
    • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and production support.
    • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and other technical teams.
    • Document technical solutions through code, technical documentation, diagrams, and design specifications.
    • Support and mentor junior engineers on technical practices and software craftsmanship.
    • Partner with security teams to implement secure development practices.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop prototypes where appropriate.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
    • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.
    • Strong experience with API development and system integration across internal and/or third-party systems.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline.
    • Experience in the airline or aviation industry.
    • Experience working with vendor and third-party systems, including integration and production support.
    • Experience with system administration, configuration, and environment support.
    • Experience leading data mapping and transformation exercises.
    • Demonstrated success delivering system interfaces across multiple teams.
    • Strong troubleshooting and integration problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working with product, business, and technical stakeholders.
    • Full-stack development experience with an emphasis on backend engineering.
