Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $25.24/hr W2
Duration: 12 months
Target Start Date: ASAP within 3 weeks of acceptance
Parking: No parking fees

Schedule:
  • Training: 5 days onsite
  • First 6 months: 4 days onsite
  • After 6 months: Possibility of 3 days onsite may be discussed
Important: This role is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity and requires candidates who do not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Job Description
Responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, trade and transfer support, and providing quality operations support and client service to internal business partners and external clients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
The role involves operational processes with medium to high levels of monetary risk and may include assisting with training less experienced team members.

Responsibilities
  • Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Respond to moderately complex client inquiries through multiple channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions.
  • Proactively identify risks and process improvement opportunities based on an understanding of downstream operational impacts.
  • Ensure transfer requests are initiated accurately and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Escalate potential events that may impact the transfer flow.
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities to management.
  • Document and maintain procedures.
  • Assist in coaching and training less experienced team members as needed.
