JOB RESPONSI BILITIES: • Assist the teacher to facilitate and supervise daily snack time. • Assist students with completing homework and provide academic support as needed. • Collaborate with the teacher and enrichment vendors to ensure students remain actively engaged and participate appropriately in enrichment activities. • Support scholars during enrichment activities by providing guidance, encouragement, and individualized assistance. • Assist teacher to ensure a safe and orderly student dismissal. PERSONAL QUALITIES: • Patience - Able to work calmly with students who have different learning styles, needs, and behaviors. • Dependability - Consistently arrives on time, follows program expectations, • Flexibility - Able to adjust to different age groups, activities, schedules, and unexpected situations. • Teamwork - Works cooperatively with teachers, program staff, and enrichment providers to support students.
