We’re looking for a driven Project Manager who wants to lead high-impact work that truly makes a difference. This is a part-time to full-time opportunity with guaranteed hours, designed to grow into a consistent 40–40+ hour per week role for the right person.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own every stage of contents packout projects — from the first assessment through final delivery — ensuring quality, speed, and care every step of the way.

Project Planning & Execution

• Create clear, realistic project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
• Coordinate with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams so everyone stays aligned
• Allocate people, equipment, and materials efficiently so projects stay on track

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Guide field technicians, packers, and subcontractors with clear direction and support
• Hold regular check-ins, solve problems in real time, and keep the team focused on excellent results
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in the work

Protect Quality & Manage Risk

• Spot potential issues early and put smart solutions in place
• Uphold high standards for workmanship, safety, and industry compliance
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality

Own the Client Experience

• Serve as the main point of contact — keeping clients informed, calm, and confident
• Turn stressful situations into positive recovery stories through clear communication and reliability
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Control Costs & Deliver Results

• Develop accurate budgets and track expenses closely
• Find smart ways to control costs while protecting quality
• Keep detailed documentation and deliver clear progress reports to stakeholders

• You have a background in project management (construction, restoration, logistics, or related fields preferred)
• You love leading people and solving problems under pressure
• You’re organized, decisive, and excellent at communicating with both teams and clients
• You’re comfortable with project management tools and Microsoft Office

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but proven experience and results matter most.
