Team Qualifications (Requirements)
If you require a reasonable accommodation to perform any essential function of this role, or during the application or interview process, please contact us so that we can engage in an interactive discussion with you about possible accommodations.
Employment Classification
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position under Californias administrative exemption. The role requires office work directly related to the management and general business operations of the franchise, the regular exercise of discretion and independent judgment, and that the Job Cost Accountant be primarily engaged (more than half of working time) in that qualifying work.
Because this is an exempt position, the Job Cost Accountant is not eligible for overtime pay, and Californias meal- and rest-period premium-pay rules do not apply in the same way they do to non-exempt employees; the company nonetheless encourages reasonable meal and rest breaks consistent with sound business practice.
