Job Coordinator
Paul Davis Restoration of Miami Central-South
We are seeking an organized, dependable, bilingual Job Coordinator to support our restoration team. This position coordinates communication between customers, insurance representatives, and internal staff to keep projects moving efficiently from assignment through completion.
Responsibilities
Receive new assignments, verify job information, and contact customers.
Coordinate inspections and services with customers and field teams.
Maintain accurate job records, notes, and status updates in RMS, XactAnalysis, and insurance carrier portals.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding documents, estimates, approvals, and tasks.
Communicate with customers, adjusters, and team members regarding scheduling and project updates.
Coordinate submission of photos, reports, signed authorizations, and other required documents.
Maintain job trackers and assist with cancellations and project closeout.
Qualifications
Must speak English and Spanish.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Experience in restoration, insurance claims, or administrative coordination preferred.
Overtime opportunities available.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
