We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Employment Specialist (Job Coach) to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful employment. If you enjoy working one-on-one, building community connections, and making a real impact—this role is for you. What You’ll Do- Support a caseload of individuals in reaching their employment goals
- Develop relationships with local employers and create job opportunities
- Provide hands-on job coaching, training, and ongoing support
- Match employer needs with client strengths for long-term success
- Conduct assessments and community-based job evaluations
- Track progress, maintain reports, and collaborate with community partners
- Stay alongside clients during training and gradually reduce support as they gain independence
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for helping others succeed in the workplace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean background
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, email)
- Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, HIPAA, etc.)
