Pay: $19–21/hr
Long-Term Temporary Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping individuals succeed in the workplace? We're seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable Job Coaches to support individuals with disabilities as they transition into and maintain meaningful employment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients
- Spend 90% of your time in the field at client job sites
- Teach, coach, and support individuals in workplace tasks through demonstration, modeling, observation, counseling, and discussion
- Assist individuals with transportation and travel training to and from work sites when needed
- Build positive relationships with clients, employers, and community partners
- Write detailed service notes and case documentation following each session
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to ensure job success
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and client-facing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently and travel throughout the community
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience a plus
Understanding of Person-Centered Planning preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs
