• $18/hour – High School Diploma or GED

• $19/hour – Associate’s Degree

• $20/hour – Bachelor’s Degree

• $21/hour – Master’s Degree

About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable Job Coaches / Employment Specialists to support individuals with disabilities in developing workplace skills, achieving independence, and maintaining meaningful employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in human services, social services, direct support, case management, vocational rehabilitation, or community outreach.

Available Schedules

• 1 Opening: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

• 2 Openings: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (occasional weekends required)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients.

• Spend approximately 90% of working time in the field at client job sites.

• Provide hands-on job coaching, training, and workplace support.

• Assist clients with transportation and travel training when necessary.

• Build relationships with employers, clients, and community partners.

• Complete detailed service notes and case documentation.

• Monitor client progress and promote long-term employment success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to work independently and travel throughout Brooklyn.

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience a plus.

• Familiarity with Person-Centered Planning preferred.

• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.
