    Job Coach | Cadillac Center | Full-Time 1st Shift - No Weekends

    As a Job Coach at Hope Network, you'll provide vocational support to individuals in both community-based and facility-based work settings. You will help participants develop workplace skills, build independence, and achieve employment success by collaborating with employers, families, guardians, and support teams. Every day, you'll play a key role in creating opportunities and supporting comebacks.
     

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide vocational coaching and support in community and facility-based employment settings
    • Monitor work performance and make adjustments to tasks or environments to support success
    • Encourage independence and foster natural supports within the workplace
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and host companies
    • Support transportation and participation in community activities
    • Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
    • Collaborate with participants, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams

    • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to inclusion and independence

    What You Bring

    Preferred:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, preferably in a vocational setting

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Michigan driver's license with less than 6 points
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to pass applicable background checks
    • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
