As a Beacon employee, you can be a part of delivering our mission and improving the lives of people with disabilities.POSITION INTRODUCTION: The Job Coach – Administrative/Receptionist Support plays a key role in helping individuals with disabilities succeed in front‑office and administrative roles. This position provides on‑site skill development, and workplace integration support to ensure participants can perform receptionist duties confidently, independently, and professionally. The Job Coach partners closely with program staff, visitors, and other participants to teach job tasks, reinforce workplace expectations, and implement appropriate accommodations that promote long‑term employment success.
