Jira Administrator / Jira Align Specialist (Project Migration)

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Jira Administrator / Jira Align Specialist (Project Migration) for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Jira Administration:
• Configure and maintain projects, workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, and automation; manage users, licenses, and marketplace apps; provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Project and Instance Migration:
• Plan and execute migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, or from tools like Azure DevOps and Rally), including assessment, field and workflow mapping, test runs, data validation, cutover, and rollback planning.
• Jira Align Administration:
• Configure portfolios, programs, teams, and the work item hierarchy; maintain the Jira Align-Jira integration and troubleshoot sync issues; support PI Planning and SAFe practices.
• Reporting and Governance:
• Build dashboards, JQL filters, and portfolio reports; enforce naming standards and configuration governance; ensure accurate data roll-up from team to portfolio level.
• Collaboration and Training:
• Partner with RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and the PMO; gather requirements; document processes and run user training
