Responsibilities: of the Jira Administrator: • Lead the migration of Jira environments, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining data integrity and system functionality. • Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver Jira solutions aligned with organizational objectives. • Implement, configure, and optimize Jira workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automation capabilities. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Jira, providing advanced troubleshooting, user support, and platform best practices. • Support integrations between Jira, Confluence, and cloud-based platforms to improve collaboration and operational processes. • Drive adoption of Jira solutions through system enhancements, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements of the Jira Administrator: • 5+ years of experience administering and configuring Jira within enterprise environments. • Extensive experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira administration and platform customization. • Proven ability to act as a Jira Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance and support across multiple teams. • Strong experience with Confluence for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration. • Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based integrations. • Demonstrated success managing Jira migrations, implementations, and post-deployment optimization efforts. • Experience supporting Agile development teams and project management processes. Compensation: for the Jira Administrator: • Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
