    JOB OBJECTIVES:

    Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager of Staff Development and Quality Assurance, the incumbent in tandem with Quality Assurance and Training Supervisors will assist with monthly Quality Assurance Reviews. Incumbent will coordinate and participate in all state hearing and administrative review conferences and will maintain records. Incumbent will support the Program Manager of Staff Development and Quality Assurance in carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities, providing operational and administrative support as needed.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree in business or human services preferred. Associate degree in a Human Service field required with experience in quality assurance, program development and evaluation. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license in accordance with County policy and motor vehicle liability insurance.

    EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:

    Coordinate and participate in all state hearings and administrative conferences, maintaining accurate records of findings, recommendations, and action plans. Provide support for licensing reviews and related compliance activities. Assist the Program Manager of Staff Development and Quality Assurance in developing and coordinating responses to state and federal reviews, including the preparation and implementation of Improvement Plans. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Training Supervisors to conduct monthly Quality Assurance Reviews. Support team members engaged in program development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct internal evaluations of customer service, operational processes, and program effectiveness; analyze findings and provide recommendations to management to enhance quality and performance. Prepare reports related to customer service, process evaluations, program outcomes, and quality improvement efforts. Participate in the development, review, and revision of agency policies and procedures. Assist the Program Manager of Staff Development and Quality Assurance with employee onboarding, agency-wide training initiatives, and maintenance of the training calendar. Conduct Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Quality Control Reviews as requested by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). Research and identify grant and funding opportunities that support agency programs and services. Prepare and deliver technical, regulatory, and program-related presentations to staff and management. Maintain current knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
