Hiring: Jenkins Administrator / Architect
Location: Hybrid – New York City, NY
We are looking for an experienced Jenkins Administrator / Architect to design, manage, and support enterprise Jenkins environments and CI/CD infrastructure.
op Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins Administration & Architecture Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle Experience with Cucumber and Groovy/Shell scripting
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Jenkins architecture, including master/agent and distributed environments
- Install, configure, upgrade, and migrate Jenkins across on-prem and cloud environments
- Manage Jenkins plugins, dependencies, and version compatibility
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and job orchestration
- Integrate Jenkins with test automation frameworks, including Cucumber
- Perform environment migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot build failures, plugin issues, and system bottlenecks
- Implement Jenkins security best practices, including RBAC, credentials, access control, and backups
- Collaborate with Dev and QA teams to ensure pipeline stability and reliability
