Required Certifications
One of the following, or equivalent demonstrated hands-on experience:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Preferred, not required: CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, and VMware VCP-DCV or an equivalent virtualization certification
College courses or certified systems administration training, or 3 year's equivalent work experience
Required experience: three or more years administering Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment, including two or more years hands-on with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Required experience: demonstrated Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration, including group, permission, and license management
Required experience: working PowerShell scripting ability; Microsoft Graph experience preferred
Required experience: enterprise patch and vulnerability remediation and endpoint security tooling
Required experience: working within a formal incident, request, and change management system
Preferred experience: supporting users and technicians across multiple remote sites; regulated industry (gaming, financial services, or healthcare) or 24x7 operations background; Linux server administration; VMware vSphere; Veeam or equivalent backup platforms

Must be able to work a very flexible shift including weekends, nights and holidays when necessary, including scheduled maintenance windows, after-hours patching, and a rotational on-call and escalation schedule
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado support gaming license and a Nevada gaming registration, and any other licensure required by the jurisdictions supported. Existing licensure preferred
Travel: occasional travel to supported properties in Colorado, Nevada, Louisiana, Ohio, and Florida; must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
