JD Fucntional Team LEad – HR/Payroll

This role is essential for leading a dynamic team responsible for supporting HR and Payroll with JD Edwards ERP systems and related technologies. You will leverage your in-depth functional expertise to manage operations, enhance processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include guiding a team of specialists, setting and aligning goals with organizational objectives, and offering performance feedback. You will manage system support and enhancements and ensure that issues are resolved efficiently. A strategic partner to business stakeholders, you will oversee vendor relationships and act as a bridge between HR/Payroll teams and IT. Your leadership will be crucial in spearheading ERP initiatives, translating business needs into viable solutions, and advancing system utilization and integrity. You will also document processes and facilitate user training.
