A minimum of five years of experience working with the ServiceNow
Possess an in-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications Development in ServiceNow
Possess an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting
Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
Implement ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web services (API Webhooks)
Design and develop a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows
Design and develop service catalog workflows with automation (AD, SCCM, Macs, Jamf, Powershell, o365)
