Job Description:
" 5+ years of experience in complex Java Application Support
" Good programming skills with experience in Java-based Web applications and strong knowledge in Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful Services
" Hands-on experience with Splunk tool and should have excellent debugging and analytical skills
" Strong experience in L2/L3 support role
" Good knowledge of Database concepts on at least one of these - Oracle, Cassandra, NOSQL technologies, etc.
" Experience in high-volume and large-scale environments
" Experience in bug fixes for production issues and handling issues well within SLA
" Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Previous Client Exp is a plus
" Flexible for rotation-based On-call support, sometimes on weekends
" Excellent co-ordination skills
