Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Java + SRE Engineer with strong experience in Java application development, production support, troubleshooting, observability, and reliability engineering. The candidate should also have working knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
• Strong production support, troubleshooting, RCA, Incident/Problem Management
• Experience with SLA/SLO, application reliability, and performance
• Hands-on Splunk; knowledge of ELK/Elasticsearch/Kibana
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux
• Knowledge of CI/CD, deployments, and release management
• Understanding of APIs, networking, certificates, and connectivity
• Scripting/automation experience preferred
• Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot
• Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents is a plus
• Ability to use AI for debugging, code analysis, testing, log analysis, and automation

Preferred Profile

Strong Java Engineer with an SRE mindset, capable of handling application development, production incidents, observability, Kubernetes, RCA, and automation while effectively using AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
