JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are seeking an experienced Java/Python Developer – L3 Production Support professional with strong expertise in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting of business-critical applications.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high system availability and performance. Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Python scripting, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments is required.
• Candidates should be proficient in analyzing application logs, resolving complex technical issues, supporting batch processes, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, or CloudWatch is highly preferred.
• The role involves defect fixes, performance tuning, release support, automation of operational tasks, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident/problem management, and production support best practices is essential.
• Experience working in Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domains is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies will be an added advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
• The role aligns with enterprise Java, Python, microservices, Linux, and production support requirements reflected in internal Java development profiles and job descriptions.
