    Java/Node OpenShift DevOps Developer
    Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL


    Job Summary

    Responsible for production and non-production infrastructure management and application support for the client's clinical/care management applications. Owns release management, data load management, monitoring/alerting, disaster recovery support, and 24/7 on-call coverage. Supports audit/compliance activity (SOC2, IA, High Trust) and upgrade/patch cycles for InterQual (or equivalent) and other clinical case management systems.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Production and non-production infrastructure management: Windows OS patching, certificate updates, password rotation
    • Ongoing EVMP support and remediation of servers/applications, production and non-production
    • Core application release management (BART, Jenkins, OpenShift)
    • Critical data load management (member, provider, benefits) in production
    • Production monitoring and alert response (Splunk, Nimsoft, Control-M)
    • Disaster recovery and business continuity support
    • 24/7 on-call support
    • Audit and compliance support (SOC2, IA, High Trust)
    • Support InterQual (or equivalent) and other clinical case management systems upgrades/patches
    • Support Service Delivery and infrastructure upgrades for Linux OS, production and non-production

    Core Requirements

    • Java and/or Node.js development or support experience
    • OpenShift administration/deployment experience (primary platform per client title)
    • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux OS administration/patching in production environments
    • Release management tooling: Jenkins, OpenShift, BART (or equivalent CI/CD and deployment platforms)
    • Monitoring/alerting tools: Splunk, Nimsoft, Control-M (or comparable)
    • Experience with data load processes for member/provider/benefits or similar regulated data sets
    • Disaster recovery / business continuity support experience
    • Comfort with 24/7 on-call rotation
    • Audit/compliance exposure: SOC2, IA, or High Trust (healthcare compliance frameworks)
    • Change management, release procedures, and documentation discipline
    • Strong independent ownership — able to manage incidents and tasks with minimal oversight
    • Clear technical communication across teams and with third-party partners

    Preferred

    • Healthcare or regulated-industry domain experience
    • Clinical/care management platform exposure
    • Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery experience

    Required Work Experience

    3 years related infrastructure/production support experience in IT

    Work Environment

    Hybrid — schedule set by role requirements/business needs. Travel to/from corporate or regional offices may be required.

    HS Diploma or GED
