Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java/J2EE Developer with strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-level server-side applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, ORM frameworks, Web Services, SQL databases, and enterprise application architecture. Experience with AI tools and models is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Develop robust server-side applications using Core Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Apply strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Build and integrate web services using RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, XPath, and XSLT.
• Work with application servers and web servers such as Apache Tomcat.
• Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases such as Sybase or DB2.
• Perform unit testing using frameworks like JUnit and support application performance analysis using profiling tools such as JProfiler/JProbe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Participate in DevOps integration activities and follow CI/CD best practices.
• Use ALM tools such as JIRA for project tracking, defect management, and collaboration.
• Analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Explore and leverage AI tools and models to improve development productivity and application capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Excellent programming skills in:

  • Hibernate / ORM
  • Java/JEE
• Strong understanding of design patterns and application architecture.
• Experience with:
  • RESTful Web Services
  • SOAP Services
  • XML, XPath, XSLT
  • JSON
  • Apache Tomcat or similar web servers
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Sybase or DB2 preferred.
• Experience with JUnit and application profiling tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD integration.
• Experience using JIRA or similar ALM tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exposure to AI development tools, AI models, or AI-assisted programming tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools such as TestComplete.
• Exposure to .NET technologies is a plus.
