Title: Java Full Stack Technical Lead AWS
Locations: Atlanta, GA (Local to Atlanta GA only)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$49/Hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead with 8 10 years of experience in enterprise application development, system integration, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS, and application security, along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership across application development, integration, and cloud-native solutions.
- Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Contribute to front-end development and oversee integration between front-end interfaces and backend services.
- Design secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
- Develop and integrate cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Drive solution design while ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, customers, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery of complex enterprise initiatives.
- Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage build and dependency processes using Maven/Gradle.
Required Skills
- 8 10 years of experience in software development with significant experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with Spring Data and Spring Security.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2/JWT and API security.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience in enterprise system integration and API programming.
- Experience with Maven and/or Gradle.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
