Java Full Stack Lead Developer (UI Focused)

Location - Plano TX

Responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, cloud native enterprise applications with a strong emphasis on modern UI/Frontend development and exceptional user experience. I possess extensive experience in building highly responsive, interactive, and performance optimized web applications using React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Context API, ensuring seamless user interfaces that align with business objectives and customer expectations. In addition to frontend leadership, I leverage deep expertise in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate to develop secure and scalable backend services. I collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, architects, and development teams to transform business requirements into intuitive, user centric digital solutions while establishing frontend standards, reusable component libraries, and best practices for application performance, accessibility, and maintainability. My responsibilities include technical leadership, solution architecture, code reviews, mentoring development teams, and guiding end to end application delivery using Agile methodologies. I have extensive experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch, along with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, I drive DevOps excellence through CI/CD implementation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, troubleshoot complex production issues, and promote engineering best practices across development and deployment processes. With a strong focus on UI engineering, frontend architecture, and full stack application development, I deliver secure, high performance, and visually compelling enterprise solutions that provide exceptional user experiences while meeting scalability and business growth requirements.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
