Java Full Stack Developer (Photon & ESP)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable enterprise applications, modernizing existing platforms, building APIs, and supporting cloud-native application initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, Photon Framework, and ESP (Enterprise Services Platform). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable enterprise applications, modernizing existing platforms, building APIs, and supporting cloud-native application initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and enhance solutions leveraging Photon Framework and Enterprise Services Platform (ESP).
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS/Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Participate in application modernization, performance optimization, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to secure coding and development standards.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and cloud-native application development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Photon Framework and Enterprise Services Platform (ESP).
• Strong frontend development experience using ReactJS (Angular knowledge is a plus).
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and automated deployment frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale production applications.
