Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Columbus, OH (100% onsite)

USC/GC/GC EAD Only- W2 Requirement

Note: No third party/C2C or 1099

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java-based frameworks, preferably Spring/Spring Boot.
  
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Working experience with React / React.js.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment.
  
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale banking or financial services applications.
  
• Experience in enterprise-scale distributed systems.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
  
• Familiarity with large financial-services technology environments is a plus.
