Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 18 months

Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to complex, large-scale engineering initiatives with enterprise-wide impact
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
Build middleware and integrations to connect systems and address platform limitations
Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions in a cloud environment
Integrate enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Verint) within the contact center ecosystem
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
Establish and promote engineering standards, best practices, and modern development approaches
Review and analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
Mentor team members and contribute to overall technical leadership
Support ongoing UI development and maintenance to reduce reliance on third-party vendors
Qualifications:

Strong experience in software engineering and application development
Proficiency in:
Java
Spring Boot
React
Microservices architecture
Kafka
Cloud platforms (OCP / Cloud Foundry or similar)
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Experience working in Agile development environments
Experience with Generative AI / LLMs, including building agent-based solutions (agentic AI) (preferred)
Background in Contact Center Technology development (preferred)
Experience building enterprise integrations across complex systems (preferred)
