Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, AWS, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL databases, along with a proven ability to deliver scalable and resilient full stack solutions for enterprise banking platforms.
Candidates with experience working on large-scale banking or financial services platforms, particularly familiarity with the Chase ecosystem, are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using Java and AWS services.
- Develop secure, resilient, scalable, and maintainable services and APIs.
- Work closely with product and platform teams to meet delivery, quality, and business objectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful services and APIs.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL data stores.
- Strong experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience developing scalable enterprise applications.
Preferred / Domain Experience
- Experience working with large-scale banking or financial services platforms.
- Familiarity with the Chase ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems is a plus.
