Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (AI Focus)

Location: Hartford, CT 06156 (Need Local Candidates)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $30-$35

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with AI exposure who can work on enterprise-level applications and handle end-to-end development. The role requires strong backend and integration experience along with the ability to work on both minor enhancements and large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java technologies
• Work on backend services, APIs, and system integrations
• Participate in PI planning, design discussions, and client interactions
• Write clean, scalable code and support testing and deployment activities
• Work on projects involving AI/ML or Generative AI concepts
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience with frontend technologies (React or Angular)
• Good understanding of backend systems and integration services (REST APIs, web services)
• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in enterprise-level environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with Agile / PI planning processes
• Ability to handle both small enhancements and large development projects independently
