Title: Java Full Stack + AI Lead
Domain: Banking / Finance
Location: Dallas, TX - 3 days a week, Day one onsite. (Looking for Local Candidates or those who are ready to relocate)
Employment type: FTE or C2H
Responsibilities:- Lead full stack development efforts using Java-based frameworks and modern front-end technologies
- Architect and implement AI/ML solutions integrated into banking and financial platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices within a cloud-based infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in Java full stack development (Spring Boot, Angular/React, etc.)
- Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating intelligent solutions into enterprise applications
- Strong background in banking or financial services domain knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring development teams
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX a minimum of 3 days per week from day one
