Description

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Java FSE Tech Lead for their Woodland Hills, CA /Hybrid location.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in: Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Microservices Architecture
Experience with frontend technologies: Angular or React (preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Strong Tech lead skills
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development with Java/J2EE technologies.

Experience with front-end technologies:
Angular or React (preferred)

Experience developing REST APIs and web services.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SDLC practices.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Proficiency with Git-based source control systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
Experience with GraphQL and API gateway technologies.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, SonarQube, and CI/CD practices.
Understanding security standards, OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP best practices.
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress
