Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer / Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience developing enterprise-grade applications, building scalable backend services, and creating responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Develop responsive UI components using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

• Build scalable backend services using Spring Boot and related Spring Framework modules.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot application performance, security, and scalability issues.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models.

• Support production deployments and incident resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Java 8/11/17+

  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

  • Microservices architecture

  • Event-driven design patterns using RabbitMQ

• Frontend development experience with:

  • Angular (preferred) or React

  • TypeScript and JavaScript

  • HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap

• Experience developing REST APIs and web services.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SDLC practices.

• Experience with MongoDB and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Proficiency with Git-based source control systems.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Windsurf.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and Spec-Driven Development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

• Experience with GraphQL and API Gateway technologies.

• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and SonarQube.

• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP security best practices.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress.
