Job Title: Java Developer with .NET
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) - Locals - In-Person Interview Mandatory

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with .NET who possesses strong hands-on expertise in both Java and Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and microservices in an Agile environment.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in Java/J2EE
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices
Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and Entity Framework
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular/React/JavaScript
Strong SQL skills with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications
Develop and maintain applications using Java and .NET technologies
Build reusable APIs, services, and backend components
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of relevant software development experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud-native application development
Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or messaging systems
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain is a plus
