Java Developer (Microservices, Spring Boot)

Experience creating and configuring API proxiesusing tools such as MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway, Apigee, Kong, or similar API gateway/proxy solutions. Experience with Amazon EKS (Kubernetes), including Deployments, Services, Namespaces, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, and application deployments.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Java Developer (Microservices, Spring Boot) for their Atlanta, GA location.
 
Requirements:

• Years of experience required: 8+
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as IBM MQ and/or Apache Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Experience with Amazon EKS (Kubernetes), including Deployments, Services, Namespaces, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, and application deployments.
• Good understanding of AWS Route 53 for DNS management, hosted zones, and traffic routing.
• Experience with AWS Glue, including Glue Jobs, Crawlers, Data Catalog, and ETL workflows.
• Understanding of AWS networking concepts, including IAM, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers, and application connectivity.
