Job Title : Java Developer

Duration  : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $45/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Java FS Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract. The role requires a developer with advanced Java concepts and extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications using AWS services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Java development.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining serverless architectures using AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automated deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda.
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications using AWS services such as ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using AWS services such as CodeBuild and CodeDeploy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using AWS services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using AWS services such as CloudWatch and X-Ray.
• Develop and maintain security best practices for AWS services such as IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.
