Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our Financial Wellness and Digital Platforms team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular, Java/Spring Boot, AWS Cloud technologies, and modern CI/CD practices. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications that power financial advisory and digital wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services such as ECS, ELB, EC2, S3, and related technologies.
• Design and implement secure APIs, system integrations, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning, load testing, stress testing, and application optimization activities.
• Monitor application reliability, scalability, and production performance across distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Support software releases, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Contribute to process improvements, technical innovation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud services.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a Hybrid role requiring candidates to work onsite 3 days per week in Malvern, PA.
