Java Backend Lead Developer WITH AI EXPERIENCE - 10 years

Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool. Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).

Job Description:

• Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.     
• Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.     
• Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. 
• Should have hands-on experience in their current projects.
• Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.      

MOST IMPORTANT: 

• Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).     

 Good Communication.       

• 100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)
