Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Location: Plano TX (Onsite/Hybrid)(Local Candidate only)



Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications and microservices-based architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-based technologies while working in an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support activities.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum methodology and contribute to sprint planning.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
