Description

Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Location: Remote

Required Skills:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based backend applications and services.
Drive technical architecture, code reviews, and development best practices.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Manage sprint planning, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
