Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture.
* Own technical solutioning, architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
* Guide and mentor developers, unblock technical issues, improve code quality, and ensure timely delivery aligned to business and product priorities.
* Collaborate with business, product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
* Support CI/CD, release readiness, production stability, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction activities.
